Welcome to the Gallus Winter Ceilidh 2025! 🎉

Prepare yourself for an unforgettable night of high-energy entertainment as we return to the fabulous Perth Mess Hall for the biggest and best ceilidh of the year on September 6th, 2025, where we'll be kicking off an exhilarating evening that's not just an event but an experience. Doors open at 7:30pm and the dancing starts at 8pm, we go full steam with a couple of short breaks through to midnight!  So get your energy levels up, and join in the spectacle of 350 people doing a Strip The Willow.

Whether you're a seasoned Ceilidh dancer or have two left feet,  we don't care. Gallus Ceilidh Band will keep you spinning and reeling like never before! We believe in enthusiasm before excellence, so come along, gie it a go and swing your pants!! Let our signature combination of traditional Scottish reels and jigs lead you into the dancing, while the surprising twist of rock, dance and techno beats keep your energy pumping all night.

Four Hours of Ceilidh Dancing 🎶🎵

This isn't your grandma's tea hall dance class. With bagpipes and fiddles leading the charge, and a blend of musical genres to back them up, you'll be immersed in a fusion of sound that's guaranteed to keep you on the dance floor. The Gallus Ceilidh Band is notorious for mashing traditional tunes with modern grooves, creating an electrifying atmosphere that keeps everyone laughing and yee-oching all night! 

All Ages Welcome 

Ceilidhs are family friendly events and we welcome all ages from 5 to 95 (and beyond!). It is a licenced venue so kids will need to be accompanied, but we love seeing the next generation getting into the dancing too!!

Food Truck and Licenced Bar 🍔🍹

Feeling peckish? We'll have a food truck in the courtyard serving up delcious eats to stave off your hunger and replenish your energy levels and the venue has a full bar to make sure you stay hydrated with your favourite tipple throughout.
